Fulfillment Administrator (INTERNAL)

Summary

The Fulfillment Administrator handles a variety of day-to-day warehouse operations tasks that support the packaging, shipping, and inventory/performance assessments of the Fulfillment teams.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to

  • Organize and evaluate daily workloads for fulfillment team
  • Print orders, manage collateral inventory, analyze daily performance, and provide productivity updates throughout the day
  • Assist with scheduling
  • Coordinate the pulling of personal meal orders placed by employees
  • Check system to ensure accurate delivery of special orders or last minute changes to orders
  • Print temperature sensor reports daily for all sensors
  • Prevent line from stopping by getting adjustments of inventory issues online
  • Keep daily attendance of line
  • Make sure loads pushed by logistics feed into the truck schedule and if needed, add extra trucks
  • Confirm loads pushed are accurate and nothing is missing
  • Confirm new menu items have a value and zone assignment
  • Communicate with leaders at all levels throughout the facility

Required Skills and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed
  • Microsoft office skills, intermediate Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks during the day
  • Demonstrated flexibility and ability to adapt
  • Organized and detail-oriented

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • CRM experience preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly required to use hands to feel, grab, or operate objects, tools, and controls while reaching with hands and arms
  • Frequently required to stand, communicate, and listen
  • Occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel or crouch
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
  • Able to perform repetitive movements
  • Able to work in variable temperatures (cold/hot)
