The Intake Director collaborates closely with referral sources, payers, care managers, providers, and internal departments to facilitate seamless service access, optimize operational performance, and maintain regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality member experience. The Intake Director develops and manages intake workflows, performance metrics, quality standards, and staff development initiatives to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency while supporting organizational growth and contractual compliance.

Fulfillment Line Runners serve as expediters in Order Fulfillment. They help set up for the shift, monitor usage of product and other material, and ensure the line always has product available to keep the line is moving efficiently and does not come to a standstill.  

The Lead Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for inventory accuracy in the facility. This position is a hands-on position, and it’s estimated that approximately 50% of a typical day will be physically counting inventory, ensuring proper FEFO, Lot Code tracking, and assisting with operational issues. The remaining time will be spent researching root causes and/or working with Inventory Specialist reviewing their root cause findings and proposing and implementing permanent corrective actions to supervisory and management staff. The hours are 11pm to 7am.
