The Forklift Operator will be responsible for performing various duties in the warehouse in a fast-paced lean environment to include: receiving and put-away of all inbound receipts, shipping, and replenishment (stocking) of products to pick locations via forklift or by cart moves. Maintain inventory accuracy. Monitor coolers/freezer temperatures. Responsible for keeping warehouse area organized. Must have both stand-up and sit-down forklift experience and RF scan gun experience.

The Line Lead will learn all jobs on the line and be able to step in where needed, and will oversee/drive workflow, troubleshoot issues, and provide backup support to the Pack Room Manager.

The Industrial Maintenance Lead will oversee facility maintenance and repairs with an emphasis on preventive and predictive maintenance of processing equipment, building and grounds, HVAC, and all related utilities. This position is responsible for organizing and overseeing the schedules and work of maintenance staff. 

The Kettle Tender is responsible for the safe and efficient cooking of food products to be plated and delivered to our customers. This process includes monitoring temperatures and flavor checks prior to sign off. The hours are 10:30am-9:00pm, Monday-Thursday.

Prep Cooks are responsible for preparing food and ingredients to be cooked in kettles of mixed in mixers.

Sanitation Associates will have a focus area of either the Kitchen department, Plate and Pack room, Compactor room or Warehouse/general areas of the building; may also help or provide backup for any of these areas. Associates must become familiar with and follow internal Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) and ensure FDA and USDA guidelines regarding allergens and food contact surfaces are maintained. The hours are 1:00pm-9:30pm, Monday-Friday.
