The Intake Community Support Representative serves as the front line to our customers placing meal orders. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while efficiently and accurately submitting their order.  The standard work hours are Monday-Friday, 11am-8pm Central time. It is a remote opportunity, candidates must live in Iowa.  

The Intake Client Specialist manages a queue of incoming documents to create new clients, and update existing clients as needed in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This Specialist operates within a service level agreement managing speed to start entry while observing various agency specific handling procedures maintaining the highest level of accuracy for billing and compliance purposes.    

The Lead Intake Specialist will act as team lead during Supervisor absence as well as for any team absences. This position will allow the Supervisor to complete Supervisor functions while the day-to-day tasks are monitored and reported to Supervisor as necessary.

Fulfillment Line Runners serve as expediters in Order Fulfillment. They help set up for the shift, monitor usage of product and other material, and ensure the line always has product available to keep the line is moving efficiently and does not come to a standstill.  

The Lead Intake Specialist will act as team lead during Supervisor absence as well as for any Intake Specialist, Intake Care transitions and Intake Support absences. This position will allow the Supervisor to complete Supervisor functions while the day-to-day tasks are monitored and reported to Supervisor as necessary.

As a Home Delivery Driver for Mom’s Meals, you will be an integral part of ensuring our customers have their meals for the upcoming week. You will load and unload prepacked boxes of meals from designated cold storage to our customer’s homes.
