The Training and Development Specialist position will create, organize, plan, and present various forms of orientation and skills for employees. Develop unique training programs to fulfill employees’ specific needs to maintain or improve job skills. Partner with key stakeholders to create and/or acquire training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.  Work hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Monday thru Friday and will primarily support Customer Care training.

The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for inventory accuracy in the facility. This position is a hands-on position, and it’s estimated that approximately 85% of a typical day will be physically counting inventory, ensuring proper FEFO, Lot code tracking, and assisting with operational inventory issues. The remaining time will be spent researching root causes of found inventory errors and working with other team members and functions to ensure proper procedures are followed.

The Forklift Operator will be responsible for performing various duties in the warehouse in a fast-paced lean environment to include: receiving and put-away of all inbound receipts, shipping, and replenishment (stocking) of products to pick locations via forklift or by cart moves. Maintain inventory accuracy. Monitor coolers/freezer temperatures. Responsible for keeping warehouse area organized. Must have both stand-up and sit-down forklift experience and RF scan gun experience.

The Line Lead will learn all jobs on the line and be able to step in where needed, and will oversee/drive workflow, troubleshoot issues, and provide backup support to the Pack Room Manager.

The Industrial Maintenance Lead will oversee facility maintenance and repairs with an emphasis on preventive and predictive maintenance of processing equipment, building and grounds, HVAC, and all related utilities. This position is responsible for organizing and overseeing the schedules and work of maintenance staff.
