The Fulfillment Associate II will serve as a process monitor in the Order Fulfillment Center. This role will help set up for the shift, monitor usage of ice bags, and fulfill required ice amounts in order boxes to keep the line moving efficiently while ensuring it does not come to a standstill. This role also will include picking, scanning, and packing a portion of each customer’s order as it passes in front of them in a safe and efficient manner as required during the shift.     

The Intake Manager is responsible for managing a team of Intake Specialists and Supervisors handling incoming authorizations from Area Agencies on Aging, Managed Care Organizations, and Health Plans for home delivered meals. The Intake Manager is also responsible for leading a Call Center dedicated to ILOS, 1115, and PD/CC clientele. This role is highly collaborative, requiring a strong history of leading cross-functional teams or projects. The Fulfillment Associate Starter is responsible for performing all duties assigned to Fulfillment Associates, as well as setting the speed for the line.

Fulfillment Line Runners serve as expediters in Order Fulfillment. They help set up for the shift, monitor usage of product and other material, and ensure the line always has product available to keep the line is moving efficiently and does not come to a standstill.

A Gel Pack Operator’s primary duty is to operate and maintain the liquid form fill bagger within the fulfillment center. This role will fill the bagger within required processing output from the machine.

The Training Shift Lead mentors, coaches and guides fulfillment team members. The Training Shift Lead is a resource to provide team members with support promoting training and development throughout the Mom’s Meals fulfillment program.
