The Materials Support Representative is responsible for an in depth understanding of multiple roles and filling in and supporting said roles as assigned by supervision. The main roles include Pallet Wrapper, Kitchen Runner, Decanting and Warehouse Associate. This team member will be expected to do all these roles efficiently and accurately when needed. The hours are 5 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday-Friday.

Lead Fulfillment Associates focus on customer experience, quality, safety, and productivity of their fellow Fulfillment Associates. Lead Fulfillment Associates are responsible for performing production duties (pick, pack, replenish, ship) and assisting Area Managers with the daily management of the department.

The  Supplier Auditor applies knowledge, technical skills, and expertise to effectively conduct vendor food safety audits to ensure the quality and food safety of Mom’s Meals.  This position is responsible for managing the audit program which includes performance of onsite vendor assessments, identification of risks, and timely closure to documented findings.  This position works closely with Purchasing personnel to manage vendors within the supply chain. This position reports directly to the VP of Technical Services.

Working to support a fast paced industrial kitchen, the Spice Assembler reviews schedule, prints and reviews methods, measures, blends, and packages spices needed for food prep. Must ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the process.

The Fulfillment Associate Starter is responsible for performing all duties assigned to Fulfillment Associates, as well as setting the speed for the line. Position may require weekend availability.

The Revenue Cycle Management Supervisor will supervise and lead a team of Billing Specialists and ensure that the goals and metrics set by the department are followed while still providing high quality work and customer service. The Supervisor will also serve as an expert on billing procedures and policies. Previous experience leading a small team is required.
