The Bilingual Customer Service Representative serves as the front line to our Spanish-speaking customers placing meal orders. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while efficiently and accurately submitting their order.

Top priority for Maintenance Technicians is machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, and preventive maintenance on production equipment. Also, responsible for other maintenance activities, including building maintenance. 

The Intake Customer Care Specialist is responsible for meeting time sensitive service levels for inbound phone calls from client Case Manager Partners while utilizing a data entry portal system to create new client accounts. This Specialist uses critical thinking and time management skills, maintaining the highest level of accuracy for billing and compliance purposes. This role is remote, but the employee must be located in Iowa.

As a Home Delivery Driver for Mom’s Meals, you will be an integral part of ensuring our customers have their meals for the upcoming week. You will load and unload prepacked boxes of meals from designated cold storage to our customer’s homes. Providing prompt delivery, with excellent customer service reflects our Core Values at Mom’s Meals.   Schedule: 4 day work week, Tuesday-Friday Pay: $19.00 per hour Monthly Bonus Opportunity!
