The Forklift Operator will be responsible for performing various duties in the warehouse in a fast-paced lean environment, including but not limited to: Receiving and put-away of all inbound receipts. Loading and shipping all outbound pallets. Picking and loading pallets for shuttle to the Ohio Kitchen. Monitoring inventory levels of all items in designated Pick Line support locations, and refilling before inventory is depleted. Drop, move, and put-away quality impacted pallets as directed by Tech Services. Monitor the temperature of all areas of the warehouse and immediately notify a Supervisor if temperatures are out of tolerance. Responsible to keep the warehouse clean, neat, and organized. All moved products must be scanned timely and accurately so inventory records are always current and accurate. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading warehouse operations across three shifts, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, movement, and accounting of physical and system inventory. This role oversees warehouse personnel, inventory management processes, shipping and receiving activities, and material flow in support of production, fulfillment, and customer service objectives. The Warehouse Manager drives operational excellence through safety leadership, inventory accuracy, continuous improvement, and effective cross-functional collaboration.      

The Quality Assurance Lead is responsible for performing and monitoring Food Safety and Quality procedures while providing leadership and training to hourly and temporary Quality Assurance personnel.

The Fulfillment Training Specialist mentors, coaches, and guides fulfillment team members. The Fulfillment Training Specialist is a resource to provide team members with support and to promote training and development throughout the Mom’s Meals fulfillment program.   

The Line Lead will learn all jobs on the line and be able to step in where needed, and will oversee/drive workflow, troubleshoot issues, and provide backup support to the Pack Room Manager.
