This role is responsible for handling orders from packing to loading on truck to accurately ship orders on a timely basis through the Company’s shipping systems using UPS and Fed-Ex. Safely and accurately loads finished pallets into storage or onto trucks using pallet jack or forklift. Carefully listens and responds to written both written and verbal instructions and orders and works with other employees in a positive and efficient manner.

The Forklift Operator will be responsible for performing various duties in the warehouse in a fast-paced lean environment to include: receiving and put-away of all inbound receipts, shipping, and replenishment (stocking) of products to pick locations via forklift or by cart moves. Maintain inventory accuracy. Monitor coolers/freezer temperatures. Responsible for keeping warehouse area organized. Must have both stand-up and sit-down forklift experience and RF scan gun experience.

Primarily responsible for the implementation and adherence to Mom’s Meals HACCP and Food Safety programs, procedures, and activities in a Ready-to-Eat manufacturing facility. This role monitors all stages of the production process to ensure compliance with all company standards, regulatory standards and to ensure we supply a quality product safe for consumption.     Hours for this role are Monday - Thursday from 2:30pm - 12:30am.

The Intake Community Support Representative serves as the front line to our customers placing meal orders. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while efficiently and accurately submitting their order.  The standard work hours are Monday-Friday, 11am-8pm Central time. It is a remote opportunity, candidates must live in Iowa.  

The Lead Intake Specialist will act as team lead during Supervisor absence as well as for any team absences. This position will allow the Supervisor to complete Supervisor functions while the day-to-day tasks are monitored and reported to Supervisor as necessary.
