The Billing Specialist is responsible for performing specified financial tasks in support of the day-to-day operations of the Billing/Revenue Cycle Department. We’re looking for someone with a strong internal drive to solve problems, drive collections, is a team player, and ensure every claim is handled with care and urgency.   Following onsite training at the Ankeny office, this position has the potential to become a hybrid to remote position.

The Intake Community Support Representative serves as the front line to our customers placing meal orders. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while efficiently and accurately submitting their order.  The standard work hours are Monday-Friday, 11am-8pm Central time. It is a remote opportunity, candidates must live in Iowa.

The Kettle Tender is responsible for the safe and efficient cooking of food products to be plated and delivered to our customers. This process includes monitoring temperatures and flavor checks prior to sign off.

Prep Cooks are responsible for preparing food and ingredients to be cooked in kettles of mixed in mixers.

Kitchen Sanitation Associates assist with keeping the Production Kitchen areas in compliance with sanitation guidelines provided by management and quality control teams.
