The Room Lead works with the Supervisor and Line Leads to monitor and maintain production on the lines to ensure they are running properly, including moving team members to appropriate areas within the department as needed.

Lead Fulfillment Associates focus on customer experience, quality, safety, and productivity of their fellow Fulfillment Associates. Lead Fulfillment Associates are responsible for performing production duties (pick, pack, replenish, ship) and assisting Area Managers with the daily management of the department.

This role is responsible for handling orders from packing to loading on truck to accurately ship orders on a timely basis through the Company’s shipping systems using UPS and Fed-Ex. Safely and accurately loads finished pallets into storage or onto trucks using pallet jack or forklift. Carefully listens and responds to written both written and verbal instructions and orders and works with other employees in a positive and efficient manner.
