Sr MuleSoft Developer (INTERNAL)

Summary

As a Senior MuleSoft Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions using the MuleSoft platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement integration solutions, and ensure the security, scalability, and performance of MuleSoft applications.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to

  • Design and Development: Architect and develop robust MuleSoft solutions using Anypoint Platform; create APIs, integrate systems, and ensure scalable and secure data exchanges
  • Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers; lead design sessions, code reviews, and best practice discussions
  • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements; translate these requirements into technical specifications and integration designs
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve technical issues in existing integrations; ensure high performance and reliability of integration solutions
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including integration designs, API specifications, and deployment processes
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft features, technologies, and best practices; recommend improvements and innovations to enhance integration capabilities
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other IT professionals to ensure alignment of integration solutions with business goals and project timelines

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including experience with API-led connectivity, Mule ESB, and CloudHub
  • Proficiency in MuleSoft development, including DataWeave, MuleSoft connectors, and API management; strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services, and SFTP integrations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex integration issues
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in agile development environments and managing multiple priorities; familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience with Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations and/or Salesforce
  • Experience with additional integration tools or platforms
  • Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their integration with MuleSoft
  • Experience with MS SQL
  • Experience with front-end technologies or frameworks
  • Advanced certifications in MuleSoft (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 2)

Physical Requirements
