Carelink Process Specialist

Summary

The Process Specialist is responsible for optimizing the Carelink business processes to improve efficiency, quality, and performance. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with internal and external standards. This is a remote opportunity; candidates must live in Iowa.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to

    • Perform analysis: Deep dive into data and process flows to uncover root causes of inefficiencies, quality, or drops in customer experience
    • Collaborate with leader and operations to co-design future state improvements
    • Assist in writing test scripts; ensure test cases cover functional, integration, and regression testing needs, and align with project goals
    • Execute testing and data validation scenarios; perform hands-on testing of systems, applications, or processes to verify functionality and data accuracy; identify discrepancies, defects, and work with technical teams to resolve issues; validate data integrity across systems during migrations or updates
    • Create reports and dashboards as needed. Translates business needs into visual insights to support decision-making, track goals, and monitor process performance
    • Participate and support train-the-trainer efforts; assist in developing training materials and delivering sessions to key users or trainers; ensure trainers are well-equipped to educate end-users on new systems, processes, or tools and provide ongoing support and clarification during the training rollout
    • Support users post roll out, escalate issues; act as a first line of support for users after new processes or systems go live; troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and ensure a smooth transition and escalate unresolved or critical issues to the appropriate technical or project teams for resolution

Required Skills and Experience:

    • High School diploma or equivalent education and experience
    • Advanced computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite, with focus on Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
    • Understanding of the integrations between critical systems and how data flows through the customer lifecycle
    • Excellent verbal, telephone, and written communication skills
    • Professional, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
    • Strong attention to detail and outstanding judgement
    • Excellent listening and feedback skills
    • Ability to work well in a team environment
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Self-motivated and task oriented

Physical Requirements

    • Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
    • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods
    • Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
