2nd Shift Fulfillment Line Starter (INTERNAL)

North Jackson, OH | Fulfillment | Fulfillment | Full-Time, 2nd Shift

Summary

The Fulfillment Associate Starter is responsible for performing all duties assigned to Fulfillment Associates, as well as setting the speed for the line.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to

    • Pick correct items for cooler boxes, scan appropriately, and pack items to complete your portion of the customer’s order
    • Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards
    • Pay close attention to detail while performing job duties including but not limited to reading labels, selection of product, etc
    • Ensure each order has the correct box, bag, and inset
    • Meet productivity and accuracy standards
    • Produce a quality work output on a consistent basis
    • Move product from one location to another, following food sanitation and safety guidelines
    • Assist with general housekeeping
    • Work is done inside a large warehouse area that is free from outside weather conditions but maintains a temperature between 34-40 degrees (Gloves will be provided)

Required Skills and Experience

    • Must be at least 18 years old
    • Be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours
    • Able to lift/move to 50 lbs occasionally
    • Shifts can include weekends and holidays and/or overtime
    • Have a strong service orientation
    • Be a team player, including the ability to communicate well with others
    • Able to work independently with little supervision
    • Must have basic reading skills
    • Pass a post offer drug screen and background check

Preferred Skills and Experience

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Previous experience in warehouse distribution, or similar environment

Physical Requirements

    • Regularly required to use hands to handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms
    • Frequently is required to stand, talk, and listen
    • Occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel or crouch
    • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
    • Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
    • Able to perform repetitive movements
    • Able to work in variable temperatures (cold/hot)

1st Shift Forklift Operator (INTERNAL)
The Forklift Operator will be responsible for performing various duties in the warehouse in a fast-paced lean environment, including but not limited to:   Receiving and put-away of all inbound receipts. Loading and shipping all outbound pallets. Picking and loading pallets for shuttle to the Ohio Kitchen. Monitoring inventory levels of all items in designated Pick Line support locations, and refilling before inventory is depleted. Drop, move, and put-away quality impacted pallets as directed by Tech Services. Monitor the temperature of all areas of the warehouse and immediately notify a Supervisor if temperatures are out of tolerance. Responsible to keep the warehouse clean, neat, and organized.
