Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to

• Manage both the physical and system transaction aspects of the inbound & outbound flow of product to ensure inventory integrity and all required information is captured prior to further movement throughout the supply chain.
• Manage the dock and associated truck and pallet flows into and out of the facility.
• Scan and distribute all load paperwork to Finance to ensure timely and accurate payment to suppliers.
• Identify root causes of data integrity gaps and work cross-functionally to address.
• Perform Cycle Counts and inventory verifications as requested by the Cycle Count Team.
• Actively support and provide brainstorming ideas for a successful, ongoing 5S (Sort / Set in Order / Shine / Standardize / Sustain) program.
• Ensure FEFO & FIFO processes are followed and provide guidance on corrective actions when not followed.
• Actively participate with interviewing potential Team members and provide recommendations to hiring Supervisor.
• Support and ensure full compliance with all applicable safety initiatives in the facility, including but not limited to pre-shift equipment inspections.
• Lead temporary facility and process improvement projects as assigned by Supervisor or others responsible to direct work.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 Years of experience working in a Food and Production Inventory & Warehouse environment.
• 3 Years of systems experience, specifically as it relates to Receiving POs and ITNs, Shipping ITNs, Scanning, Plant Order Picking, BOLs, Manifests and Label Printing.
• 3 Years of certified forklift experience, with ability to operate them safely and efficiently.
• Microsoft Excel basics.
• Must be able to speak / read / write in English fluently.
• Flexible attitude and willingness to quickly adapt to last minute and sometimes urgent requests.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)  
• Effective communication skills and ability to communicate with both the Inventory Warehouse Team as well as other functions as needed to accomplish a common goal.
• Certified Forklift Trainer.
• D365 Experience.

Physical Requirements

• In addition to safely and efficiently driving a forklift and move pallets, Team member will be regularly required to get on and off a forklift, walk, stand, kneel, stoop, lift up to 60 Pounds of product, and hand stack empty pallets, all on a repetitive basis for the duration of the shift.
• Regularly required to use hands to feel, grab, move objects, operate tools, equipment, and controls, all while reaching with hands and arms 
• Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
