Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to

• Provide On-The-Job training to team members
• Equip team members with working knowledge of GMPs among other policies and procedures
• Assess team member training, comprehension, and skill development
• Coach employees on Mom’s Meals Fulfillment Best Practices
• Maintain accurate and up to date documentation on training initiatives with team members
• Design, implement and evaluate training programs, initiatives, and projects
• Facilitate training and orientation with fulfillment team members
 

Required Skills and Experience

• Possess a comprehensive understanding of fulfillment positions, fulfillment operations, and fulfillment leadership expectations
• Experience coaching and mentoring fulfillment team members
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated effective and persuasive communication skills
• Ability to adhere to ethical rules and core values of Mom’s Meals
• Ability to provide active listening skills
• Ability to initiate and sustain trusting professional relationships with team members and fulfillment leadership
• Ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively with team members and leadership
• Ability to create a non-judgmental environment by demonstrating patience, empathy, and desire for team member success

Preferred Skills and Experience

• 2 years of experience working in various roles throughout a Mom’s Meals Fulfillment Center

Physical Requirements

• Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods
• Able to push, pull, and lift up to 40 pounds
• Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
• Able to perform repetitive movements
• Able to work in variable temperatures (cold/hot)
