Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to

• Accurately prepare and fill pureed meal orders, boost supplement orders, and standard meal/snack orders as required
• Scan meal, snack, pureed, and boost orders and verify that all required components are included in the order boxes based on system specifications; follow the prompts from the system to ensure all items are correctly included
• Check for any missing items or discrepancies in orders and determine if the issue is inventory related
• When an inventory error is identified, immediately escalate the issue to the warehouse team for resolution
• Ensure all orders meet the company standards, are properly packaged, and are suitable for patient consumption
• Work closely with other employees to ensure all orders are accurately and promptly filled

Required Skills and Experience

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Close attention to detail and numbers
• Good organization & communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, work quickly and safely
• Demonstrated commitment to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and other food safety rules

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Previous food production, assembly line, or order fulfillment center experience

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to use hands to feel, grab, or operate objects, tools, and controls while reaching with hands and arms
• Frequently required to stand, communicate, and listen
• Occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel or crouch
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
• Able to perform repetitive movements
• Able to work in variable temperatures (cold/hot)
